Maggie Brennan (they/she) is an actor and writer based in NYC + PHL. Originally from the mountains of rural Pennsylvania, they graduated with honors from Temple University’s theater program. They’re a member of the Ring of Keys Collective and a 2024 recipient of Creative Philadelphia’s Illuminate the Arts Grant.
Maggie brings curiosity, vulnerability, and down-home hard f*cking work to the table. They’re in their element whether stepping into the worlds of classic playwrights or breaking ground on new stories for theater and film. Their performances have been praised for their “ease, clarity, and smoldering intensity.”
When they’re not on set or on stage, Maggie works at a nonprofit whose mission is to make arts and culture spaces more accessible for disabled people. They can also be found taking pictures of friends (or anything, really) and balancing their humors on the front porch.
